1st time there meeting cousins and their friends. Sharp inside with lots of room for small groups and large. My omelet and raisin toast was great!!!!! Server was friendly and could tell she liked people a lot.
A group that I am a part of does an annual tractor drive to Murphy's. They have been very accommodating of us every time! The service has been efficient and friendly, and the food has been good. There are also quite a few options.
Murphy's parking lot was packed this morning but I was able to get right in & sit at the bar since I was a party of one. I enjoyed the country fried chicken bowl, the chicken was hot & the breading was crispy & delicious, the gravy has just the right amount of seasoning & the eggs were fluffy. The staff was friendly & even though they were busy my food was out quickly. I highly recommend Murphy's Family Restaurant in Allendale!

We have been regulars at Murphys for years now. Never oance have we had a bad experience. Definitely the best diner in Ottawa/kent county. Prices are great and so is the coffee. The staff is always happy and friendly some of the best staff ever.
